Who I Am
Hey there! I'm Cesar, a Principal Software Engineer & Technical Lead who's been building software for over a decade. What drives me? The thrill of solving complex problems and creating solutions that actually make a difference. I'm not just about writing code—I'm passionate about leading teams, shaping products, and continuously learning something new every single day.
My journey has been all about technical leadership and product-oriented development. I love taking ownership, seeing projects through from concept to reality, and working with amazing people along the way.
My Journey
Over the past 10+ years, I've had the incredible opportunity to work on diverse projects—from web applications to ERP customizations and architecture design. What I love most is that every project teaches me something new, and I get to apply my passion for detail and information architecture to create solutions that truly work.
What I'm Good At
I'm a full-stack developer at heart—I love working across the entire stack. Front-end, back-end, architecture, you name it. But what really excites me is building solutions that are not just technically sound, but also user-friendly, scalable, and actually solve real problems.
Collaboration is everything to me. I've been fortunate to work with amazing cross-functional teams throughout my career, and those experiences have shaped how I approach problem-solving and leadership. Great communication, thoughtful planning, and genuine teamwork—that's how we build things that matter.
Where I've Been
For most of my career, I've been deep in the automotive/motorcycle industry. It's been an amazing ride (pun intended!), but I'm always open to new challenges and industries that can push me to grow. Over the past 6 years, I've been part of the same group of companies, taking on different roles through internal promotions—each one a new challenge that helped me grow and contribute to different areas of the business.
Beyond the Code
When I'm not coding or leading teams, I'm a proud dad of three amazing kids. They're my biggest motivation and my favorite way to spend time. Creating memories with them, teaching them about the world, and just being present— that's what matters most to me.
Location & Flexibility
My family is based in Lleida, Spain, so I'm a big fan of remote work. But I also love the energy of being in an office and connecting with teammates face-to-face. I'm flexible and can adapt to whatever works best for the team and the role—whether that's fully remote, hybrid, or on-site.
Work-life balance? Absolutely essential. But when something needs to get done, I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and put in the work. It's all about finding that sweet spot where you can be productive, creative, and still be present for the people who matter most.
